Our ideal team member has at least five years of experience in land development across multiple market sectors.

Objective and Goal

​The overall objective of the Project Coordinator position is to assist and support the land development activities in the coordination of mma projects, strengthening the quality and level of operational support provided both cross departmentally, as well as all field project sites, to ensure mma strategies, plans, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained. The goal of the Project Coordinator position is to provide the necessary support to Project Managers and Principals to ensure the overall success of each project.

Project Coordinator Job Duties:
  • Works closely and diligently with Project Managers and Principals to achieve project goals.

  • Proactively applies knowledge of land development and city processes to all projects.

  • Performs periodic site visits, observations and inspections and prepares field reports

  • Leads and collaborates team meetings to discuss projects and coordinates with other disciplines.

  • Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team.

  • Attends scheduling and kick-off meetings and prepares meeting minutes accordingly.

  • Maintain positive communications with employees, consultants, and clients.

  • Takes ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

  • Other duties as assigned

Not required but Preferred
  • Ability to read and decipher zoning ordinances, criteria manuals, and other land use regulations.

  • Perform site research and prepare due diligence reports

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of planning, surveying, and engineering disciplines.

  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) including the desire to seek information and learn from others about all aspects of our business.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience.
